Data acquisition and storage solution for wood industry:

This project is implemented in many wood industries where already automatic or semi automatic kilns are used to treat and dry wood, but the parametesr are noted manually by operator in the log book or not maintained at all.

The data acquisition equipped with necessary temperature, humidity, moisture sensors and transmitters logs the data from multiple kilns with date and time stamping.

Once in a day or a week this data is downloaded to a laptop or P.C, stored, printed, maintained, etc.  Also the data chart was prepared and send across with every supply.  This enable the user to save power, improve productivity, have a feedback on quality control issues.
