Computerised process control for heat treatment industry

This project is designed and used by many heat treatment facilities.  All the data such as temperature profile, zone temperature setting, sure soak facility, etc are programmed via computer to the programmable controller which is fit into the control panel.

The unit functions with or without P.C. being always used for automation. P.C. is used only as user interface and handling data, files etc.  So, the automation goes to the level of the customer name,job details etc gets into the file where the control parameters are set, So that, there is no error and totally automated without depending too much on the P.C.
